{Giveaway} It’s beginning to look a lot like… Holiday card season!

I LOVE getting Holiday cards in the mail and my favorites are always the ones with pictures. I love seeing what everyone chose and displaying those lovely pictures of your mugs in my house during the entire months of November and December. And I am totally digging this new trend of sending out Thanksgiving and New Year’s cards. I think it’s so cool when people decide to break from tradition a little bit and their card surprises me at an unexpected time. I even got a Valentine’s Day photo card last year. Totally adorable.

I’m really excited to share with y’all this year’s Tiny Prints 2012 Holiday Cards Collection. They have everything from traditional colors and embellishments to bright and modern designs. They also feature a whole line of religious and scripture based cards.

Personally, I’m a big fan of the non-traditional colors. A few of my favorites:

I’m also loving these cards that can double as a “family letter” with updates on the kids:

I put all the pictures that come in the cards or cut the pictures out and put them in a scrap book. I donate the front of the cards to whomever is collecting that year. I love looking back thru the scrapbook at the kids and families as they change and grow!

I also love looking at every card! I must look through them everyday during the holidays. I hang cards on a DIY holder I made a couple of years ago. They stay up well past the new year!

we tried out a new display for cards last year and it worked beautifully! we strung them up in the doorway between our kitchen and living area (it’s about 10 ft wide). it made the area so festive!

I actually put them in a big bucket by our fireplace so we can see who we get cards from and read the updates! So, fun to look at all the designs! I think I am going to string them on one of our mantles this year!

I love, love, love Tiny Prints! Their non-traditional cards are so unique. I love to make a little coffee table book out of all of the cards we receive during the holidays. My girls love to look at each book from previous years to see how their friends have changed! P.S. Your opinions are fabulous!!

This year, I want to make a card wreath. In years past, they typically cluttered my mantle b/c we got so many!

I hang all of the Christmas cards we get around our kitchen door. Our kitchen is small and doesn’t have any windows, so it really brightens it up!

Oh gosh, I just pile them up. I’ve always wanted one of those card holder thingies. Maybe this will be the year I get one!

They go on my fridge of course! And the people I really like, I leave there all year long. :) I saw an idea of taking a picture of them with your phone and then using that as their photo in your cell phone. I may do that this year.

I put them on the fridge! Not the best solution- I may try that ribbon idea another commenter mentioned. Great giveaway, thank you!

We put our Holiday Cards on the liquor cabinet. I’ll drink to that! (oh, lame pun)

But in all seriousness, I really liked that Tiny Prints had a variety of jewish holiday cards which popped up when I searched “new years” — you don’t see that in every card shop!
